Slider tucks and pikes. (30 sec)
Extreme Treadmill: walking forward, side slide, walking backward, (other) side slide, walking forward, walking backward, transistion to reverse wall climber (pushup position, hands off end, feet moving on tread), 180 to face up, 180 back to rev wall climber, transition back to reverse walking.
Walking leg stretches.
