This evening Ivan and I met for training. We were going to video the three of us, but Hiroko was unable to make it. We reviewed all green belt requirements in preparation for the video to send to Master Shaw and Master DeBaun. Afterward, we donned protective gear and sparred, starting with three attack parry, then general parry, then free sparring.
